Looking good. I have a few comments:
- if this is for an audience of people trying to decide wether to use
Drupal, you should give a lot more detail on features.
- starting with the bugs this early in the presentation seems kinda
scary.

Could you elaborate on who this tutorial is aimed at?
Thanks!
Peter

The tutorial is aimed at novice users who have decided to use Drupal, but
don't know much about it. You're right about bugs though. Thanks a lot!

So someone else made the decision to use Drupal, and now these users
have to learn about it, right? (If they made the decision themselves
they would already be familiar with the system to some degree).

In what form do you plan to present the tutorial? (HTML, images?, ...)

Exactly..It will be a step-by-step tutorial presented in HTML with
screen-shots(or maybe something cooler if we can get that far)

I agree.. i have nothing with which to view powerpoint files..

as little as i like saying this.. perhaps flash would be a good idea? If
it were a possibility.

i'd be in favor of html and pdf. pdf's are always nice for any
documenation or tutorial since they can easily be viewed offline or
printed out.

If you look at the tutorial (and I'm just imagining that it will keep
the same kinda structure as it had in the PPT), there is no reason
whatsoever to make it Flash. Plain HTML with images will do fine.

I'm in favor of using either LaTeX (PDFLaTeX) or Docbook; they allow you
to generate (amongst others) both PDF and HTML. Neither PowerPoint of
Flash seem acceptable as they are not suitable for print and not
cross-platform.

Looking at your storyboard, the target audience are also developers ...

There are two essential questions that need to be answered early on in the
storyboard or tutorial:

a. who is the target audience of the tutorial?
b. what is the goal of the tutorial?

Without these two questions answered;

a. the reader can't determine what to expect and whether the tutorial is
what he or she is looking for.
b. we can't comment on the structure, approach or usefulness of your
storyboard or tutorial.
